the collected daily refuse of one man called sloth
damn, that looks great!
hah! Awesome! Finally I get to see some of the drawings from this show that I've been hearing so much about! Great on the brom stuff too.... did you vectorize the drawings in flash? You got a cool effect out of them.-SeanPS Winnipeg is kind of boring.
yeah and cheated with the "watercolor" photoshop filter :)
Very nice work. Interesting mouth in particular. I don't think I'd want to sit across from him at dinner, though. If I ever find myself in Winnipeg again, of which there is some small but clear possibility, I'm making a tour of the city's second-hand book shops. There's no town so dull that it doesn't have a few bookstores where some abandoned treasures may be found.
Yeah. Check out the exchange district and a place called (If it's still there) Red River Books. Also there's a bunch of really strange antique shops in that area that I mention only because they're very eerie to walk around in. Basically they are old 1920's-era buildings that have a bottom floor and maybe a second filled with good stuff and then all the next floors (which are somewhat labyrinthine) are filled floor to ceiling with old cabinets, mattresses and broken player pianos. Sometimes they even have those old rickety elevators that take you to those floors. Definetly worth a look!-Sean
